TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

TopFoxx is seeking a TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to turn its creator network into a scalable sales engine. You will own the creator and affiliate side of TikTok Shop, driving recruitment, activation, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain TikTok creators and affiliates, expanding the active network.
• Develop strategies to increase the percentage of creator content that generates sales and identify high‑performing creators for scaling.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, manage outreach, gifting, campaigns, and turn one‑time creators into long‑term partners.
• Create content briefs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable feedback to improve video conversion.
• Explore TikTok LIVE and social commerce opportunities, testing new approaches to boost engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align creator content with paid media initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing, preferably with TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of short‑form content, creator psychology, and social commerce dynamics.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Highly organized, able to manage a large number of creator relationships independently.
