Senior Lifecycle Marketing Lead

About the role

Northwest is looking for a strategic Senior Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the development, execution, and optimization of personalized customer marketing programs across the entire lifecycle. The role will drive engagement, retention, and growth through data‑driven communications and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, product adoption and relationship deepening.
• Own email marketing campaign strategy, automation, testing, deliverability and performance monitoring.
• Lead targeted direct‑mail campaigns, manage production, fulfillment and measurement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance to ensure seamless, compliant omnichannel experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing or content strategy.
• 3‑5 years of experience with email platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) and Customer Data Platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of audience data, privacy and consent management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) activation and journey orchestration.
• Direct‑mail campaign planning and execution.
• Audience segmentation, targeting and personalization techniques.
