Field Marketing Specialist – Columbus, OH

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support Coldwell Banker real‑estate agents in Columbus. You will help agents grow their business by leveraging Coldwell Banker’s industry‑leading programs, technology, and the Core 4 value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing marketing and brand support.
• Consult agents on personal marketing strategies through group and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Develop digital marketing plans, including organic and paid social media campaigns, and build impactful online profiles.
• Conduct annual digital scorecard reviews to assess online presence and recommend improvements.
• Provide issue resolution and individualized assistance to agents as required.
• Prepare and promote a monthly calendar of educational and training events, both in‑office and virtual.
• Support multiple regional offices by presenting at meetings, assisting with awards, and representing the brand in community and charitable events.
• Assist onboarding of newly affiliated agents and create personalized recruiting presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team on local recruiting and advertising campaigns.
• Attend regional marketing meetings, share competitive intelligence, and stay current on Fair Housing, REALTOR® regulations, and brand standards.
• Travel weekly to assigned offices within the region.
