Assistant Digital Merchant

About the role

As an Assistant Digital Merchant you will support the execution of Bath & Body Works' digital merchandising strategy. You will ensure product data, pricing, and on‑site content are accurate and compelling, helping to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product setup, pricing updates, and content validation across the website.
• Maintain and optimize category navigation, taxonomy, and product attribution.
• Perform quality assurance on product detail pages, category pages, and promotional placements.
• Support digital floorsets, product launches, and seasonal updates to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor site performance trends and assist in reporting for optimization opportunities.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure readiness.
• Identify and proactively escalate issues while contributing to process improvements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, retail, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and broader Microsoft Office suite).
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CMS tools is a plus.
