Territory Sales Representative – Restaurant Specialist (Lake Charles, LA)

About the role

SpotOn is looking for a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to join its team in Lake Charles, LA. You will act as the local face of SpotOn, helping independent restaurants adopt technology that drives profit and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Represent SpotOn in the assigned territory, promoting the full suite of POS, AI‑powered profit tools, and payment processing solutions.
• Travel to client sites to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurant owners and merchants.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, focusing on software, point‑of‑sale, and payment processing sales.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support team to meet performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience targeting small businesses, merchants, or restaurants.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and territory‑building abilities.
• Comfort with learning basic technology concepts and applying them to business situations.
• Ability to receive feedback, stay accountable, and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
