Territory Sales Representative - Neurovascular (Kansas City / Omaha)

About the role

Stryker's Neurovascular division, focused on minimally invasive stroke therapies, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative (field-based) covering Kansas City, Missouri and Omaha, Nebraska. The TSR drives adoption and utilization of the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio and supports the Hemorrhagic (HEM) portfolio within the territory, partnering with Territory Managers to grow AIS procedures in high-acuity settings.

Key responsibilities

• Meet the annual sales quota for the territory and build a quarterly business plan.
• Execute product launches and education, with a focus on AIS solutions and HEM awareness.
• Analyze the territory to identify key target accounts and partners, then build relationships with customers daily, keeping them informed on new products, supply and pricing.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, delivery schedules and merchandising, and support marketing in developing physician education programs.
• Take part in professional society meetings and trade shows, and maintain technical knowledge through training and publications.
• Handle rep stock inventory carefully, follow quality system procedures and communicate clearly across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical sales experience (medical device and operating room experience preferred).
• Strong clinical and product knowledge of the AIS portfolio and a working understanding of HEM solutions.
• Ability to assess market potential, prioritize accounts and calls, and present and demonstrate technical products in customer or clinical settings.
• Must be able to drive a car and travel to customer sites; travel percentage is 40%.
