Full-Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to join the Kansas City team. The Supervisor will be an integral member of the store management team, driving sales, operational excellence, and a memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Ability to follow directives from store management.
