About the role
Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as a Canvasser. You will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start friendly conversations, and schedule free in‑home consultations for our sales team. No prior sales experience is required, and you’ll receive paid training from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Approach homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Generate interest, answer basic questions, and set qualified, no‑obligation appointments for in‑home sales representatives.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly appointment targets.
Required profile
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and working outdoors.
- Positive, energetic, goal‑oriented, reliable, and coachable.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, walking and standing for extended periods.
