Territory Sales Representative - Neurovascular, Grand Rapids

About the role

Stryker's Neurovascular division advances minimally invasive stroke therapies and provides clinical education and support to physicians. The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) drives adoption and utilization of the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio and supports the Hemorrhagic (HEM) portfolio within a designated territory, partnering with Territory Managers to grow AIS procedures in high-acuity settings. The role is field-based.

Key responsibilities

• Meet the annual sales quota for the territory and build relationships with multiple customers daily, keeping them informed on new products, supply and pricing trends.
• Implement product launches and education programs, focusing on AIS solutions and supporting HEM awareness and access.
• Analyze the territory to identify key target accounts and partners, and set a quarterly business plan.
• Monitor competition on pricing, delivery schedules and merchandising, and support marketing in developing physician education programs.
• Take part in professional society meetings and trade shows, and maintain technical knowledge through training and publications.
• Handle rep stock inventory carefully and follow quality system procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical sales experience (medical device and operating room experience preferred).
• Strong clinical and product knowledge of the AIS portfolio and a working understanding of HEM solutions.
• Ability to assess market potential, prioritize accounts and calls, and present and demonstrate technical products in customer or clinical settings.
• Must be able to drive a car and travel to customer sites; travel percentage is 40%.
