Field Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Grand Rapids, MN. You will help grow market share and keep TTI's key product lines strong at The Home Depot, working on merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. The position is non-exempt and overtime eligible.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored TTI product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Merchandise products, place them optimally and complete store objectives and resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in TTI's training program
• Transport a small amount of company property and travel to and from store locations, including air travel

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

Required skills

• Data analysis with Microsoft Power BI

What we offer

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
