About the role
We are looking for a hybrid inside/outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to existing customers. The role focuses on designers, developers, architects, and custom builders to expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow‑up with potential customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and lead generation targets.
- Secure new deals quickly, presenting our brand and closing efficiently.
- Deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and obtain signed contracts.
- Qualify prospects by identifying decision‑makers, pain points, budget, timeline, and competition.
Required profile
- Motivated by deadlines and detail‑oriented, providing exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred.
- Proven sales track record with at least 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Strong negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
