Territory Sales Manager – Medical Devices (Southern California)

About the role

AngioSafe, a Bay Area medical‑device company, is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive commercialization of its innovative catheter technology across Southern California.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals and provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and education.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, office‑based labs, and ambulatory surgical centers.
• Analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and report performance, forecasts, and market conditions to leadership.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and attend conferences to engage key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of medical‑device sales experience, preferably in peripheral vascular or endovascular devices used in PAD procedures.
• Established relationships within the Southern California market with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, or interventional radiologists.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in capital and/or disposable medical‑device sales.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of vascular anatomy, PAD, CTO, and procedural workflows.
• Experience navigating Value Analysis Committees and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to support live peripheral vascular interventions, including device preparation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project‑management tools.
