Territory Business Manager – Seattle/Tacoma

About the role

Beta Bionics is seeking a passionate Territory Business Manager to drive sales of its iLet Bionic Pancreas in the Seattle/Tacoma region. You will work closely with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists to promote innovative diabetes solutions to endocrinology, internal medicine, and primary‑care practices.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals for Beta Bionics products.
• Develop business plans, target accounts and use Salesforce.com analytics to manage the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients and office staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Market Access, Marketing and Customer Care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices/tech or biopharma, with diabetes sales background.
• Field‑based candidate residing in the specified geography.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com for territory management.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000‑$100,000 plus commission targeting total earnings $169,500‑$179,500.
