Regional Sales Director – Pacific Northwest

About the role

Qumulo is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest to lead go‑to‑market strategy, drive revenue growth and build high‑performing teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering a high‑performance sales culture.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and deal inspections to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Drive the team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for Qumulo’s file and object data platform.
• Develop and execute a regional strategy targeting enterprise and high‑growth data‑intensive industries.
• Build joint go‑to‑market strategies with alliance partners such as Cisco, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI.
• Engage personally in executive‑level customer meetings to sponsor and close major deals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of successful sales management experience leading a field sales team focused on enterprise accounts.
• 8+ years of progressive enterprise software, SaaS, cloud or infrastructure sales experience with a network of contacts in the Pacific Northwest.
• Proven expertise in selling enterprise data storage, data management, cloud services or high‑performance computing solutions.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
