Territory Business Manager

About the role

Beta Bionics is seeking a passionate Territory Business Manager to promote its innovative iLet Bionic Pancreas in the Lexington area. You will work closely with clinical and sales teams to drive growth in endocrinology, internal medicine, and primary care practices.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed territory sales goals for Beta Bionics products.
• Develop business plans, target accounts and use analytics via Salesforce.com to manage the territory.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Demonstrate product expertise and build strong relationships at all customer levels.
• Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists and cross‑functional teams such as Market Access, Marketing and Customer Care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices/tech or biopharma, with diabetes sales required.
• Field‑based role; candidate must reside in the specified geography.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000‑$100,000 plus commission targeting total earnings $169,500‑$179,500.
