Bilingual Insurance Agent Trainee

About the role

Kemper is seeking motivated, bilingual individuals to join its field sales team as Insurance Agent Trainees. You will receive paid training, support to obtain your insurance license, and an assigned book of business to start generating income from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend life‑insurance products and close new sales.
• Prospect for additional sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a schedule you set.
• Handle service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and policy loans.
• Perform record‑keeping, accounting for collected premiums, and process policy paperwork.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about serving modest‑income families and the underserved.
• Willingness to complete a paid training program and pass state licensing exams.
• Strong communication skills in both English and a second language.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently in the field.
