Territory Business Manager – Dayton, OH

About the role

Beta Bionics is seeking a passionate Territory Business Manager to drive sales of its iLet Bionic Pancreas in the Dayton area. You will work closely with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists to grow adoption of this innovative closed‑loop insulin delivery system.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals for endocrinology, internal medicine and primary‑care practices.
• Develop and execute business plans, strategic targeting and analytics using Salesforce.com.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients and office staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Market Access, Marketing and Customer Care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, tech or biopharma, with diabetes sales experience required.
• Field‑based role – candidate must reside in the specified geography.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com for territory management and analytics.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000‑$100,000 plus commission targeting total earnings of $169,500‑$179,500.
