Customer Sales Coordinator – Appointment Scheduling

About the role

As a Customer Sales Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in HVAC services, qualifying their needs and scheduling in‑home appointments with Comfort Advisors. This role focuses on conversation and appointment setting rather than cold‑calling or closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and follow up with leads via phone, email, and text.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and match them with the appropriate Comfort Advisor.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule in‑home appointments while maintaining accurate lead information.
• Communicate appointment details to Sales, Comfort Advisors, and other internal teams.
• Work toward individual and team goals for appointment booking, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Enjoy talking to people, asking questions, and actively listening.
• Comfortable guiding conversations on the phone and building rapport quickly.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and able to follow through on details.
• Positive attitude when conversations don’t go as planned and a team‑mindset.
