Inside Sales Associate

About the role

As an Inside Sales Associate at Logan Services, you will follow up with customers who have open HVAC and service estimates, answer their questions, and help turn opportunities into sales. You will collaborate closely with Sales Consultants, Service Technicians, and Sales Leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on open HVAC and service estimates to help customers move forward.
• Schedule sales appointments and coordinate communication with customers, Sales Consultants, and Technicians.
• Build relationships, address customer concerns, and help close sales.
• Work toward established sales goals and identify opportunities to grow business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely follow‑up across company systems.

Required profile

• Motivated, customer‑focused, and results‑driven.
• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Self‑motivated, organized, proactive and a problem‑solver.
• Comfortable with technology and managing multiple priorities.
• Team player committed to excellent customer service.

Required skills

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• HVAC knowledge (preferred).
