Director of Enterprise Sales – Frontier AI Labs & Data Services

About the role

Fusion CX is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to drive strategic growth at the intersection of AI data services and frontier AI labs. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will own end‑to‑end business development, from opening strategic accounts to closing paid pilots and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account strategy targeting frontier AI labs, foundation‑model developers, and multimodal AI companies.
• Lead the full sales cycle: introductions, discovery, technical scoping, proposals, paid pilots, negotiations and production contracts.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to define quality standards, pricing, timelines and capacity requirements.
• Maintain disciplined account plans, pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts.
• Translate buyer feedback into service development, focusing on data quality, turnaround time and secure delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or strategic business development experience, preferably with direct sales into AI labs or advanced AI teams.
• Established network of buyers and technical decision‑makers within frontier AI labs.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex, seven‑figure AI data services contracts.
• Ability to operate independently while coordinating with global delivery teams.

Required skills

• Technical fluency in supervised fine‑tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Experience with AI training data, data annotation, human preference feedback and expert evaluation.
• Knowledge of multimodal data collection, multilingual datasets and evaluation design.
