Account Development Representative

About the role

Boon is a fast‑growing AI platform for the construction industry, backed by Silicon Valley investors. As an Account Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping to shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy while building a pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new accounts in the construction tech space.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, including 100+ cold calls per day.
• Enrich account data and map decision‑makers to support the sales team.
• Create demand for Boon’s AI‑driven products and features.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to provide market feedback and influence product direction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales or prospecting experience.
• Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily.
• Growth mindset with resilience to frequent rejection.
• Strong desire for rapid career advancement in a startup environment.
• Interest in construction technology is a plus.
