About the role

Texas A&M University‑Victoria seeks a qualified tenure‑track professor to teach graduate courses in Special Education Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The position is based in Victoria, Texas, and will begin in Fall 2026 with annual renewal.

Key responsibilities

Teach graduate ABA classes each fall and spring semester.
Advise and mentor graduate students, including guiding capstone research projects.
Oversee program and curriculum development toward accreditation and collect data for program review.
Participate in course and program development and perform duties assigned by the Dean and Department Chair.

Required profile

Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Educational Psychology.
Experience working with K‑12 students with disabilities in special education settings.
Experience teaching online and holding a BCBA‑D credential.
Ability to guide students in experimental research for capstone projects.

Required skills

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) expertise.
BCBA‑D certification.
Online teaching proficiency.
Research supervision for graduate capstone projects.
