eLearning Developer

About the role

BeyondTrust seeks an eLearning Developer to design and deliver engaging, interactive training solutions that support its cybersecurity SaaS portfolio. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create multimedia-rich courses that meet learner needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to analyze learning objectives, define content requirements, and develop interactive eLearning courses.
• Design and produce instructional materials using animations, graphics, audio, video, and other multimedia elements.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and graphic/video editing software to create polished training content.
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials and processes, exploring new eLearning technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of eLearning development experience.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Articulate Storyline (rapid eLearning authoring).
• Camtasia or similar video‑editing tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration or content integration.
• Simulation development expertise.
• Ability to produce AI‑generated voiceovers.
