Temporary Leasing Professional – The Byron at Crescent Village

About the role

This temporary position supports The Byron at Crescent Village while covering a leave of absence. It offers an immediate start for an experienced leasing professional in a vibrant, walkable community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience or a strong, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired).
