Maintenance Technician – Crescent Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its Crescent Park community in Eugene, Oregon. The role involves delivering high‑quality resident service, completing repairs, and maintaining the property’s appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and perform routine equipment inspections.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
