Groundskeeper for Regency Park Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Groundskeeper to maintain the physical appearance and curb appeal of the Regency Park community in Cypress, Texas. The role supports the service team and ensures common areas, amenities, and landscaping meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep all common areas neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints sensitively.
• Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA and other required training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined areas.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on call as needed.
