Community Manager – The Woodlands, TX

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of an assigned apartment property in The Woodlands, Texas. This includes managing staff, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure proper insurance certificates, and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets, database management.
• Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart on‑site).
