Temporary Leasing Professional (Talaria)

About the role
The Temporary Leasing Professional will support the Talaria community by driving leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. This full‑time position works on‑site in Burbank, California, and requires weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and encourage lease renewals.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience (preferred) with prior sales exposure.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
