Temporary Leasing Professional – Sundance Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional to support Sundance Apartments in Vallejo. You will drive leasing activity, ensure resident satisfaction, and help maintain high occupancy and revenue targets for this stabilized, garden‑style community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email to generate traffic.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, prospect data, and leasing activity using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitive factors.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to community policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management system.
• Familiarity with OneSite or similar leasing software.
• Basic knowledge of internet marketing platforms (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
