Strategy & Operations Associate

About the role

Join Rentana’s Office of the CEO to help scale the AI‑driven real‑estate platform. You will work across recruiting, finance, customer success, and strategy, bringing structure to a fast‑moving startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting: sourcing, pipeline management, candidate experience and closing.
• Translate product data into billing in QuickBooks, track ARR and support financial modeling.
• Build executive‑ready presentations using Hex, SQL and internal dashboards to showcase client ROI.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and create documentation, playbooks and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with founders on competitive positioning, market strategy and go‑to‑market sequencing.
• Lead special projects that have no current owner but are critical to the business.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, finance, investing, operations or a generalist startup role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to synthesize information quickly.
• Demonstrated independence, hyper‑organization and passion for AI tools.
