Temporary Key Holder at Outlets at Tejon Ranch

About the role

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations at the Levi's® Outlets at Tejon Ranch.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and getting merchandise to the sales floor.
• Support store leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
• Coach and train team members on Levi's® selling practices and customer service.
• Handle store operations tasks such as opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging shopping environment.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb., kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual performance goals.
• Demonstrates empathy for customers and coworkers and aligns with Levi's® values of originality, integrity, courage, and performance.
