About the role

Greystar is seeking a Temporary Dual Site Leasing Professional to support the leasing efforts at San Carlo Townhomes and San Carlo Townhomes II. This on‑site role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive marketing and leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) for daily leasing operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience; lease‑up experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Yardi CRM and property management software.
