Teller (Part Time)

About the role

Associated Bank is looking for a part-time Teller in its Madison, Wisconsin branch (7722 Mineral Point Rd). As a front-line employee, you will provide friendly, professional service to customers, process transactions accurately and promote financial solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects the bank's brand promise.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while following all policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
• Promote current offers, products and services that benefit customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops and ATMs as assigned.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple branches for seamless service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Preferred: experience in retail banking, cash handling or financial services.
