Area Teller (Float) - Multiple Branch Support

About the role

Associated Bank is looking for an Area Teller (Float) who will provide accurate and efficient service to customers while supporting several branch locations within the market. The role helps maintain consistent operations and offers chances to grow your banking knowledge and career within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
• Educate customers on banking products, services and digital banking capabilities.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Process transactions in line with bank policies, procedures and security standards.
• Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branches.
• Service vaults, ATMs and night deposits as assigned.
• Travel regularly to support staffing and operations across multiple branches in the district.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between branch locations.
• Preferred: experience supporting operations across multiple branches, experience referring customers to products, and familiarity with digital banking tools.
