Telemedicine Primary Care Provider (MD/DO/APP)

About the role

Circle Medical is an adult-only primary care practice based in Seattle that empanels independent family and internal medicine providers to deliver high-quality, continuous care through a telemedicine-first approach. Appointments are two-way video-audio sessions of 15 to 30 minutes, using a proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR. Applicants must live in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of adult and primary care conditions
• Deliver care and follow-up supported by a team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical clinical team
• Work within a 7-day-a-week schedule, setting your own recurring hours including evenings and weekends

Required profile

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification
• Currently licensed in Washington with a valid Washington DEA registration in good standing, able to prescribe medications including Schedule II drugs
• Experience as a primary care provider in a clinical setting
• Strongly preferred: at least 3 years post-residency for APPs, at least 2 years for physicians
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and willingness to learn to diagnose and treat adult conditions

Required skills

• High degree of technical skill with software
• PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2021, with at least 16 GB of RAM

What we offer

• Fee-for-service pay: fully empaneled MD/DOs earn on average $100-$200 per hour ($50 per encounter plus incentives); fully empaneled APPs earn on average $66-$132 per hour ($33 per encounter)
