About the role

Luna is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy in patients' homes near Seattle and Tacoma. It is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health. Therapists set their own availability, matching with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive, and can choose how many visits per week.

Key responsibilities

Treat one patient per visit, providing one-on-one outpatient PT through their full plan of care
Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, with no OASIS or start-of-care paperwork
Have no overlapping appointments

Required profile

Active, state-specific PT license
Reliable personal transportation
Liability insurance
Current CPR/BLS certification

$75-$82 per visit, with no productivity requirements
