Clinical Services Supervisor

About the role

The Clinical Services Supervisor leads culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health and psychosocial support for human trafficking survivors, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed care. This position reports to the MHPSS Program Manager and receives clinical supervision from the MHPSS Technical Advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intakes, assessments, develop service plans, and provide evidence‑based interventions to a caseload of 15‑20 clients.
• Supervise non‑licensed psychosocial staff and master’s‑level practicum interns, ensuring quality and culturally relevant services.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers, including warm hand‑offs and crisis management.
• Build community capacity through outreach, training, and partnership development with mental health agencies.

Required profile

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• Minimum three years of therapeutic intake, assessment, and case management experience.
• At least two years delivering evidence‑based interventions and one year of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Clinical documentation, data entry, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Intercultural communication and ability to work with diverse populations.
