Spanish Bilingual Registered Dietitian - Clinical Trials Telehealth (Per Diem)

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, is looking for experienced Registered Dietitians to support patients taking part in clinical trials. This is a remote, per diem position focused on nutrition assessments and counseling, especially for people living with rare and complex conditions. It suits clinicians who want to work in a telehealth setting and earn supplemental income.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments via telehealth and develop individualized dietetic care plans for patients with different disease classifications
• Provide ongoing dietary counseling and education to patients and their families
• Deliver nutrition services only to patients in states where you are licensed to practice
• Monitor nutritional progress and adherence of patients enrolled in clinical research studies
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation
• Take part in virtual team meetings, training sessions and study-related activities

Required profile

• Credentialed Registered Dietitian (CDR) with current national registration
• Active, unrestricted state licensure (except CA, MI, NJ, AZ, VA and CO)
• At least 1 year of experience providing nutrition planning and patient coaching
• At least 1 year of experience delivering care remotely via telehealth
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is required
• Preferred: experience with patients with obesity, with or without diabetes, and with patients on GLP-1 therapies
