Telemedicine Family/Internal Medicine Provider (PA)

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking board‑certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide adult‑only primary care via a telemedicine‑first model in Pennsylvania. Providers will deliver continuous, evidence‑based care through video‑audio appointments using a proprietary, HIPAA‑compliant electronic health record.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑30 minute telemedicine visits for adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of primary‑care conditions.
• Set and manage your own recurring schedule across any combination of days, including evenings and weekends, within a 7‑day‑a‑week operation.
• Collaborate with patient care advocates and a licensed medical team to ensure follow‑up and continuity of care.
• Utilize the company’s HIPAA‑compliant EHR and telehealth platform to document encounters and coordinate care.

Required profile

• Completed an accredited medical program with national certification and current Pennsylvania medical license.
• Valid Pennsylvania DEA registration in good standing, able to prescribe Schedule II medications.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years post‑residency practice for physicians (3 years for NP/APRN preferred).
• Residency in the United States and willingness to work remotely from any U.S. location.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a HIPAA‑compliant electronic health record system.
• Experience delivering care via video‑audio telemedicine platforms.
• Computer with Windows 11 Pro or macOS (2021 model or newer).

What we offer

• Fee‑for‑service compensation: MDs earn approx. $100 / hr, DOs $200 / hr; NPs $66‑$132 / hr.
