Telemedicine Family/Internal Medicine Provider (Massachusetts)

About the role

Circle Medical is seeking board‑certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide adult‑only primary care via telemedicine in Massachusetts. The role involves delivering evidence‑based care through video‑audio appointments using a proprietary, HIPAA‑compliant electronic health record.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑ to 30‑minute virtual consultations for adult patients.
• Maintain patient empanelment and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with patient‑care advocates and a licensed medical team to coordinate follow‑up.
• Utilize the proprietary EHR platform while adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Set and manage your own recurring schedule across any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Completed an accredited medical program with national certification.
• Current Massachusetts medical license and valid DEA registration.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least 2 years post‑residency practice for physicians (3 years for NP/APRN preferred).
• Experience delivering primary‑care in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to evidence‑based medicine and willingness to treat a variety of adult conditions.

What we offer

• Fee‑for‑service compensation: $50 per encounter for physicians, $33 per encounter for NPs.
• Average hourly rates of $100–$200 for MD/DOs and $66–$132 for NPs.
