Technical Recruiter – Builder Team

About the role

Reevo is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to partner with its in‑house recruiting team and help define what “great” looks like as the organization scales. You will focus on Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) roles, building pipelines from scratch in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to understand hiring priorities, evolving role definitions, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Lead sourcing efforts for EPD positions, identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive talent using creative, targeted strategies.
• Maintain high‑quality pipelines, provide market insights, and deliver candidate feedback to refine hiring strategies.
• Support sourcing for additional technical roles as needs evolve.

Required profile

• Passionate about recruiting and connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities.
• Experienced sourcer or recruiter comfortable operating without a rigid playbook.
• Ability to translate loosely defined business needs into clear candidate profiles.
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Ashby recruiting software.
