Technical Project Manager – Authentication

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, Auth to lead complex, cross‑functional software projects at zero‑hash. You will own the delivery of authentication‑related products from inception through production, acting as the bridge between Engineering, Product and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Organise teams in JIRA – manage releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Own the delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm.
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting on delivery, release and velocity.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end delivery: scoping, sizing, development, testing, validation, sign‑off and production roll‑out.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies and surface risks early.
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional software development projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with remote or globally distributed teams.

Required skills

• Mastery of JIRA and the Atlassian product suite.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication infrastructure, wallet integrations (custodial and non‑custodial), chain abstraction, stablecoin funding and end‑to‑end account linking.
