- Improve efficiency in areas such as LiveOps tooling, business intelligence and analytics for Games, community and commerce enablement, and emerging tech.
Required profile
- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience delivering software services, with a proven track record of execution.
- Deep experience in product and project planning with engineering teams; prior hands-on development experience strongly valued.
- Experience setting development and release schedules and delivering complex software engineering projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable at the right technical depth to verify scope and impacts and resolve ambiguity.
Required skills
- Solid working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, and program planning tools, with plans kept current and credible.
- Preferred: shipped game(s) and/or supported live game services in production; Active Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM) preferred.
The pay range is indicative and depends on work location, skills and experience. Mattel offers a flexible work model combining in-person collaboration with flexibility, and a competitive total pay program with comprehensive benefits.
