Technical Product Manager – Enterprise AI & IT

About the role

Redis is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead Enterprise AI and IT initiatives. You will bridge product, IT, and business teams, shaping roadmaps and delivering AI‑driven automation that improves how work gets done.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake process for Enterprise AI projects, defining standards for discovery, prioritization and sizing.
• Maintain and communicate a clear roadmap across IT platforms, internal tools, AI capabilities and automation initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from problem definition through launch, coordinating Engineering, IT, Security, Data, Legal, Operations and business stakeholders.
• Design test scenarios, evaluate AI agents for accuracy, reliability and safety, and drive improvements before release.
• Coordinate pilots, rollouts, change communications, enablement and feedback loops to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management, technical program management or related experience delivering cross‑functional technology initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience running AI enablement projects from pilot to production.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, experiments and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives, technical teams and business users.

Required skills

• Enterprise IT concepts, SaaS applications, integrations and APIs.
• Identity and access management, data flows, security and change management.
• Evaluation and testing of AI products, automation workflows and agents.
• Understanding of AI quality and risk considerations such as accuracy, privacy, reliability and human oversight.

• Competitive base salary $101,000‑$127,000 per year plus discretionary bonuses, stock options and potential commissions.
