Technical Product Manager – AI for Veeva Labeling

About the role

Veeva is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high‑value AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling, a new product that automates drug labeling content creation and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of prototypes of AI product features for Veeva Labeling.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands‑on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with little direct supervision.
• Must be based within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and able to travel 20%.
