Technical Marketing Lead – Growth, Lifecycle & CRO

About the role

Sage Haus is seeking a full‑stack technical growth marketer to own the demand side of its funnel, from website acquisition through lifecycle and digital product conversion. The role is hands‑on, allowing you to write emails, build automation flows, analyse dashboards, fix landing pages and brief ads – often in a single day.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing lifecycle and CRM flows, establish a reliable baseline and implement high‑revenue impact fixes.
• Own conversion optimisation from first site visit through booked call, attended call, deposit and subscription.
• Build and maintain automations, email sequences, landing pages and booking flows.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Growth Marketing to turn ideas into measurable growth for families.

Required profile

• Experience managing an end‑to‑end demand funnel across multiple channels.
• Comfortable building automations and troubleshooting landing pages, forms and booking flows.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to pull metrics, interpret results and adjust plans accordingly.
• Passion for creating clear, helpful, personal experiences for families.

Required skills

• Automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
• Email and marketing platforms like Flodesk, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted workflow tools.

• Salary range $100,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience.
