Project Manager

About the role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time day-shift Project Manager in Maitland, Florida. The role manages and executes strategic initiatives under ambiguous direction, prioritizing multiple competing projects, deadlines and customer relationships, and works with stakeholders across the organization. It also leads internal marketing team communications and builds project management structures for marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align team efforts and address challenges
• Travel for meetings to engage stakeholders and keep projects aligned
• Prioritize and manage projects to meet strategic objectives
• Develop processes that streamline project execution and efficiency
• Track and manage questions, report issues and assist in risk mitigation
• Provide updates to stakeholders on project developments
• Manage project costs and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Recommend actions to improve project outcomes and resolve issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); field of study in Business Administration, Marketing or Healthcare Administration
• 3+ years of healthcare and/or marketing experience or equivalent
• 5+ years of management experience or equivalent (preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare administration and marketing principles
• Preferred: experience in healthcare marketing leadership, mentoring project managers, Prosci CCMP, PfMP or Six Sigma certification

Required skills

• Research, analysis and synthesis of data from multiple sources
• Design, structure and oversee multiple projects and teams, working with cross-functional teams and external parties
• Project management tools and methodologies, risk management, budget and resource planning, project documentation and schedule tracking
• Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
