Marketing Physician Liaison

About the role

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, Florida is hiring a full-time Marketing Physician Liaison on a day shift. The role manages physician marketing plans and communications between physicians and administrators, with a focus on building business and demonstrating positive return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the budget spreadsheet and stay within the allocated budget.
• Respond quickly to issues raised by physicians, communicate them to the appropriate administrators and reply to the physicians.
• Implement strategic physician marketing plans, set tracking mechanisms and show positive ROI.
• Work with selected physicians to introduce them to physicians and hospital programs and services, focusing on building business.
• Articulate department and marketability issues and suggest potential solutions.

Required profile

• Associate degree (required); Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Field of study: associate in Marketing, Business, Communications or English.
• 1+ year of healthcare or sales experience preferred.
• Driver's license required; RN or RRT preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered instead of the stated degree.

Required skills

• Excellent oral and written communication and critical thinking.
• Relationship building and diplomacy in a matrixed work environment.
• Basic marketing and sales knowledge.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Salesforce and MarketWare.

Pay range: $60,756.80 - $113,006.40. Positions may be subject to Florida Level 2 background screening.
