Technical Delivery Manager (MOD US)

About the role

Akkodis is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role manages a technical service delivery team within an Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations team, ensuring contractual service SLAs, customer and employee satisfaction and efficient, on-schedule delivery quality. It acts as the main liaison to clients and the global Modis team, and may cover multiple customers and sites in a region or country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical teams, including scheduling
• Research and develop programs for new service lines
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise on assigned clients and act as the single point of contact for delivery services
• Communicate proactively so delivery runs efficiently and on schedule
• Keep the internal and client reporting database updated according to the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Handle escalations from the service delivery team and produce, analyze and maintain service delivery reports per the SOW
• Take part in special projects and other assigned duties
• May help with hiring and onboarding, and may supervise, train, mentor and coach onsite team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3-5 years of leadership or client program management experience; equivalent post-high-school education and professional experience totaling seven years may be considered instead
• Previous experience in an Adecco Group North America business unit or close to Business Partners and technical delivery using an onshore/offshore model, with leadership in a third-level support environment
• Effective verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing and recruiting trends
