Identity and Access Management Specialist

About the role

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a Specialist in Identity and Access Management to work on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining PAM and IGA solutions using platforms such as CyberArk and Saviynt.

Key responsibilities

• Lead platform design and configuration for CyberArk and Saviynt environments.
• Define configuration parameters, manage lifecycle activities, and ensure optimal performance and security.
• Perform post‑design configurations, advanced debugging, and troubleshooting to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric IAM solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience in cybersecurity and IAM/PAM implementation.
• Legal ability to work under ITAR regulations and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• CyberArk (including Privileged Threat Analytics and EPM).
• Saviynt CPAM.
• Identity Governance (IGA) concepts.
• Microsoft LAPS, endpoint privilege management, API integration, SSH key management, PowerShell scripting.
• Database credential management for Oracle and MS SQL.
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and managing privileged accounts/APIs.
